By accessing or using the services provided by shenzansofts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

shenzansofts provides custom software development services, including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Cloud solutions and deployment
• Software consulting and support
• API development and integrations

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Project Agreements

All software development projects are subject to separate project agreements that will outline specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other project-specific details. These Terms of Service apply to all projects unless specifically modified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: All materials, designs, and pre-existing code owned by shenzansofts remain our property.

Client IP: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs specifically created for their project, as outlined in the project agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are based on project milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All prices are in PKR unless otherwise specified

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without your consent. We may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, we provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, shenzansofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Project Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

• Clients may cancel projects with written notice
• Fees for completed work are non-refundable
• Ongoing work will be billed on a pro-rata basis
• Source code will be delivered for completed milestones only

11. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Bug fixes for issues arising from our code within the warranty period (typically 30-90 days) are provided at no additional cost.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or project agreements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
